Watu Credit Motorcycle Loans: Steps and Requirements

Loan Application Process:

  1. Visit the nearest Watu Credit authorized dealer.
  2. Select a suitable motorbike with the help of a loan officer.
  3. Choose a repayment plan according to your financial situation.
  4. Sign the loan agreement and receive your chosen motorbike.

Loan Application Requirements:

  • Genuine national ID card and that of a guarantor.
  • Copy of KRA PIN certificate.
  • Age between 20 to 65 years (if 18 or 19, a parent or guardian must accompany).
  • One guarantor aged 20 years and above.
  • Deposit of 20,000 Ksh.
  • Active Safaricom SIM number with M-PESA for six months.
  • Two referees.

Loan Repayment Process and Period

Repayment Method:

  • Repay daily or weekly via M-PESA Pay Bill number (659880).

Steps for Repayment:

  1. Access M-PESA and select “Lipa na M-PESA.”
  2. Choose “Pay Bill” and enter 659880 as the Business Number.
  3. Input your phone number as the Account Number.
  4. Enter the repayment amount and confirm the transaction.

Maximum Repayment Period: 24 months.
